Subject: running production jobs in windows 7
Sent by: "SPSSX(r) Discussion" <[hidden email]>

We are switching the machines that our production jobs run from XP to
Windows 7 (64 bit).  We are running version 18.01 of PASW Statistics.
We've setup the jobs to run in the windows 7 task scheduler with the
following parameters as an example:

"C:\Program Files\SPSSInc\PASWStatistics\paswstat.exe"
e:\BIPM_pasw_jobs\bipms_housing_spj.spj -production

We have verifed that the job runs when executed from within PASW
statistics when ran as a production job.  When we run the job from
windows 7 task scheduler, we do see that PASW is started (both paswstat
& spssengine appear in the task manager as processes but then quickly
terminate).  Its as if the job parameter are not be executed.

Has anyone using Windows 7 task scheduler any advice?

Thanks in advance,

David.
