Fwd: SPSSINC GETURI DATA (file option txt)

Dear friends, a question, why SPSSINC GETURI DATA it have not the  file option txt if this one is used by big database like for example  comtrade (http://comtrade.un.org/data)

I'm not entirely sure what you are asking, but GETURI DATA requires a full URL, including the filespec, to the specific item to download.  The dialog doesn't offer a browse box, because the control in the custom dialog builder is limited to your file system.
