GLM Problem?

Dear list members,

I would like to run the following GLM in SPSS 20:

GENLINMIXED

  /fields target= Y

  /TARGET_OPTIONS DISTRIBUTION=BINOMIAL LINK=LOGIT  reference = 0

  /FIXED EFFECTS=

X2

  /random use_intercept=true subjects=CensusTract covariance_type=UNSTRUCTURED.

After this the output I get is:
Warnings

Error: internal error occurred during job execution

Execution of this command stops.

I think there might be a problem in the datafile, as similar analyses with far more cases works well.
In this case the datafile contains 725 respondents and 188 regions, with at least one respondent for each region.
I tried to weight all cases with 100 to get more power, but I still got the same warning.

Any help will be highly appreciated!
