GLM for factors coded as [-1;0;1]

Dear Listers,
 I'd like to perform a ANOVA on this dataset: I have 4 factors coded as [-1;0;1]

Is it correct to use the factors A;B,C,D as covariates in the Univariate GLM procedure, or I'm wrong?
