Generalized Linear Mixed Model

Kim, Changjoo (changjkm)
Dear group,
I like to model the data which is not suited for the Linear Mixed Model.
What is the command or menu for a generalized linear mixed model (or non-linear) in SPSS?
I know GLIMMIX is the command for SAS.

Thanks in advance,

CJ Kim

Re: Generalized Linear Mixed Model

Reutter, Alex

Generalized linear mixed models are not currently implemented in the product.

Note that the GENLIN procedure can fit generalized estimating equations, so if you just need repeated effects for a non-normal response with link function, you could look into fitting a generalized estimating equation as an alternative to a generalized linear mixed model.  However, if you need random effects for a non-normal response, I’m afraid that’s not yet available.
