Dear list: One of my student is thinking of purchasing the
IBM SPSS 18.0 Grad Package for $199 from the following site

(Also does this package expire after a certain period of time, like 6 months or
12 months.
Does anyone know if this is a legitimate seller? Also, last
semester my students could only rent IMB SSS for 6 months or 12 months. Is this
a change in policy?
