In
SPSS V19 I created a template output in which I added some page attributes (File->
page attributes) such as header and footer and saved it as a viewer file. However,
when I reopen this file, the page attributes are gone. I have to use File ->
Page Attributes again to make them visible. I there a way to keep the page
attributes or make them visible with a certain command so that I do not have to
click through File -> Page Attributes again?
