I´m triying to make a Cuestionary about "Happinees at work" for My PhD. ButI have some problems:I have made a first cuestionary and now I want to reduce it, so I have madea Factor Analysis, but:- How can I know how many items I have to use in my new cuestionary?- How can I know what items I have to choose? I have a 74 items cuestionary, and I have made a first Fator Analysis, thatgives me 4 factors, and them I have made another factor analysis with thefactors of every item (like a double factorial analysis). But how can I usethe correlations that gives me? or there is another way of doing it?.Thanks a lot if someone can give me some advice about it!
