We've had four recent postings saying "UNSUBSCRIBE". The reason
we had the following SIG (emphasis added) appended to all postings was to
make this unnecessary:

[hidden email] (not to SPSSX-L), with no body text
except the
command. To leave the list, send the command
SIGNOFF SPSSX-L
For a list of commands to manage subscriptions, send the command
INFO REFCARD
I'm posting because two of the requests are from Hotmail.com addresses,
and those postings come through
without the SIG, though I can't
see how that can happen. So, perhaps hotmail recipients don't see the
SIG.
Any hotmail users: Do you get the SIG on your postings? Is anything odd
about hotmail documented, that might cause the loss of the SIG?
