SPSS outputs the eigenvalues of the initial
correlation matrix (PC) no matter what kind of factor analysis one
does.
I am running a parallel factor analysis which gives the
eigenvalues for the common factor model (matrix with communalities
on the diagonal).
Does anyone know a quick way to get the eigenvalues of the matrix
for PAF using syntax?
If not has anyone put together a MATRIX procedure to get those
eigenvalues?
