How to best contact SPSS Technical Staff

When exporting from viewer to an existing XLS spreadsheet, logic is
changed in previously prepared worksheets in the same spreadsheet. V18.1
Is this a known bug?
I want to send a before / after example to SPSS as an example.
Does this forum handle attachments?
How best do I go directly to SPSS technical staff?

Go to support.spss.com. You'll find a link to 'Register with SPSS
support'. Do it; it's free.

When you've registered and signed on, you'll be taken to a page
headed "Technical Support". (That's a large-print title on the page,
not the URL.) Near the upper left-hand corner of the page is a link
'Submit a Case'. Go there, and follow the instructions.
