How to create the logistic regression calibration curve in SPSS?

I am developing a prediction model using logistic regression in SPSS. To test
model performance I am interested in calibration and discrimination. I use
the Hosmer and Lemeshow test as an indication of good calibration. Some
literature suggest visually assessing calibration by plotting the
calibration curve using the observed vs predicted outcomes. Does anyone know
how to create the calibration curve/plot in SPSS?
