I am running a GLM by "regressing" a within-subjects factor of three levels
(i.e., three repeated measures) on a between-subjects factor and a few
covariates, such as
glm y1 y2 y3 by x with z1 z2
/wsfactor = y 3
/method=sstype(3)
/print=parameter.
However, I cannot find R-squared (which would show up at the bottom of the
"Tests of Between-Subjects Effects" table if the model did not have any
within-subjects factor). Can any one help explain it why and show me how to
get R-squared value in GLM for repeated measures models?
Thanks a lot.
