How to read the password protected SPSS syntax file

Rajesh A
Dear All,

I just protected the spss syntax file with a password (File -> Save as -> encrypted syntax -> password).
but am unable to read this file, is there any possibility to read this password protected file without using the password.

Is this possible?

Thanks in Advance.

Well, no.  That's the point of the password.  You can open it in Statistics - with the password, but there is no way to bypass the security.  The file is encrypted.
