We are encountering an error here that has us baffled. When you get a
chart in SPSS 16 via "Analyze/Descriptives/Frequencies", edit it, and then return to the output viewer, all you see is a selected but empty box with the message (Image rendering error) in gray in the middle. However, getting a chart via "Graphs" and then editing it and returning to the output viewer works just fine. Is anybody familiar with this problem? Hi Gerry,
This error appears a few times in SPSS' knowledgebase. It appears to be an acknowledged problem with no known workaround at this stage. Cheers, Kylie. Quoting "Gerard J. This has been fixed in version 17 and the knowledgebase has been updated to reflect this fix.
