Dear all
I am in search of some tried and tested SPSS code for evaluating Gwet's AC1 coefficient on a per category basis when I have two examiners who must each assign grades to the same students (of which there are over 1000). There are 6 possible grades which each student could be assigned by each examiner. My data is currently laid out in two columns of equal size, where each column represents one of two examiners and each row represents a unique student and contains a grade for that student.
I would like to assess agreement between examiners in terms of grades 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 separately.
I am assuming a model with unconditional variance and would like to obtain values for variance, the standard error, the 95% CI's and corresponding p-values (as well as the AC1 coefficient itself) in each case.
Thank you so much for your valued contributions.
Best wishes
Margaret
