Check out my page Statistical concepts and methods
(http://surveyresearch.weebly.com/1a-statistical-concepts-and-methods.html )
which has links to various freely available and suitable teaching materials.
If you need free software to process and analyse data you can always try PSPP, a free software application for analysis of sampled data, intended as a free alternative for IBM SPSS Statistics. It has a graphical user interface and conventional command-line interface. A Google search for PSPP throws up several sites for more information: https://www.google.fr/search?q=pspp&oq=PSPP&aqs=chrome.0.0l6.14734j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8

Subject: In search of reviews of GraphPad Prism
I would be most grateful to learn from list members who are familiar with recent reviews of GraphPad Prism for use as a statistical package. My interest relates to its suitability for teaching statistics to non-specialists, noting that my institution does not hold a general licence for student use of the package.
Best wishes
Margaret
