According to Nunnally & Bernstein, Psychometric Theory, 3/e, p. 235 K-R 20 formula is a special case of Coefficient Alpha when items are dichotomous. So you can simply use the Reliability procedure in SPSS with your scale items.
Happy computing,

I am trying to establish inter-rater reliability across 12 raters for 70
dichotomous items. The only test I have come across for this is Kuder
Richardson-20 (not available in SPSS). Any suggestions would be helpful.
Thank you in advance.
