Intersection Point

John Watson-12
We often do perceptual map shwoing stated importance on x axis and derived score (correlation coefficients ranging from -1 to 1) on y axis. However, I am confused on where to draw the midpoint i.e. the cut point where the axis will intersect. As each quadrant has meaningful interpretation the intersection point is very important.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
John

Apologies for not answering your query. I am trying to
calculate derived satisfaction, how do you do yours?
Thanks.
