There is an issue with 14.0 which fails to display all rows of data in the data editor (although they are really there for analysis) which was fixed with a patch to 14 that is available from the WWW.SPSS.COM.

Hi to all:
I need to ask you about some issues we are experiencing using SPSS Version
12 and 14.
We have a dataset that was started using 12 ver, we have been adding cases,
but when someone else opens that dataset using 14 version, there are some
missing cases. And, I figure out that as long as I use 12 ver, I can see
those missing cases.
But, now we need to send this dataset for analysis and they only use 14
version.
Is this normal, is there another way to fix it, because we have other
projects in which we are using 14 ver, and I cannot install both versions in
the same computer.
