JCAdapter Error

Hi, I'm trying to run a script on SPSS 16.0.1 (also try it on 16.0.2.X) and
I get "JCAdapter not yet initialized" error.

What can I do to fix the problem?

Hi everyone,

I have news. I installed the SPSS on another PC. This PC have not Office
2007, and the one that gives me the error have Office 2007. Could be this
the problem? Do anyone knows a patch to fix this?

Hi Adin,

Don't think so.
I'm running SPSS 16.02 on OS Vista with Office 2007 without any problems.

There are a couple of possibilities.
JC adaptor is a piece of JAVA, maybe you have to update your JAVA generator.
Or else, it is a known error of mal- or spy ware scanners to immunize this
dll file.
