I will be evaluating (data analyzing, not fielding) the JAS (Form C) survey
in a few weeks and have been reading a paper titled "Instructions for Hand
Scoring" but it leaves a lot to be said in its understanding/directions so
as to create the scoring models. Two questions: Can someone suggest a
reference, preferably online, with detail examples? and/or Does someone per
chance have SPSS syntax that they might share with me?
The scoring results in three segments:
1- Type A scale (consisting of 21 items in the questionnaire)
2- Speed & Impatience scale (Factor S, also 21 items)
3- Job Involvement scale (Factor J, 24 items)
4- Hard-Driving & Competitive scale (Factor H, 20 items)
