Large scale data

Hi,

I am working on a large scale data. I need to pull out the data for a
particular country and save the same as a different file. How could I do
this using SPSS?

Hi Shaljan,

It depends on the form of the data, but the basic form can be similar to this:

Temp.
Select if country = "Czech Republic".
Save outfile = "c:/czech.sav" /comp.

Copy and edit it in the syntax window and run it using Run->All.
