Line graph with Dual Y Axes

Dear list,

 

Is it possible to create a line graph with Dual y axes.  In the Chart Builder Gallery there is an option for Dual Axes but it plots dots rather than lines.  I'm using version 17.

 

Any help would be appreciated,

Paste the syntax for points and edit as follows:

 

Change the ELEMENT:point statement to ELEMENT:line for both ELEMENT statements.

Change the color.exterior function to just color both ELEMENT statements.
