The example of linear growth curve model discussed at http://www.amosdevelopment.com/video/growthcurve5/flash/growthcurve5b.html consists of four repeated measures y1, y2, y3 and y4. Of
course, the approach can be extended to latent variables. Also, (I think) this linear growth curve model can be reduced to two measures only, pre and post measures, y1 and y2. How is this reduced form different from the approach described in McArdle & Prindle (2008)?
