Dear listers
In the next commands I can construct a new file from ASCII data where
Branch and region are the key variables for that. The question is if we
can construct the same file by counting and looping the same variables
inside the syntax MATRIX ...... END MATRIX (in this case after reading
the initial file from a data99.SAV file).
