I actually filled in a feature request for SPSS for the first time. Figured would pass it along how easy it is (especially given the recent thread about improving SPSS).

You need to sign in, but after that it is pretty simple to fill out the fields. I just made a request for block bootstrap and it was placed on the site immediately,
