Merging files

Jignesh Sutar
Hello,

I am attempting to merge files which isn't so straight forward...

My task is to merge variables.

Data1 contains 100 respondents.
Data2 contains 100 unique respondents but each with 2 rows of information.

I would like to add variables from data1 to data2 but for both rows of each
unique respondent.

Currently the standard 'merge variables' option only adds the new variables
to the first row of each unique respondent.

Could somebody please guide me how it is possible to execute what I require?

Many thanks in advance
Jigs

Problem solved,

On the Merge Variable box, "Non-active dataset is keyed table" needs to be
selected.

This copies data to multiple cases.
