If you just want to scan the tables, go into Print Preview which has a
zoom-out feature.

Subject: "Minimizing" the SPSS Viewer Output
Hello fellow listers,
Is there a way to make the output viewer (.spo file) show the output
tables on the screen at 75% of normal size? I have already made the
font as small as I can, but I want to get more output on the viewer
screen at one time, instead of having to scroll down and across to see
the entire table. I have far too many tables to click on each one and
make each column narrower to fit on the screen.
TIA,
Kathy Marshall
