Hi Jennifer,
There is a similar issue logged on the SPSS technical support website.
It says that the 14.0.2 patch will fix the problem. You can download the
patch by logging in to
http://support.spss.com (use the username and
password of 'guest' if you don't already have an account), then going to
SPSS > Patches from the left side menu.
