More attractive and professional outings.

Javier Figueroa

Hello experts from SPSS,

I have a concern and I would like to know if you can help me with this, I will be very grateful for any suggestions.

I would like my outings to be more showy, I would like to include an index and to be separated by pages in excel, this could be done in spss.

Thank you very much for your comments.

Sincerely,

There isn't anything exactly like what you are asking for, but you can come close.
First, use OUTPUT MODIFY to add an index number to each item or use the SPSSINC MODIFY OUTPUT extension command, which has more options for the sequence numbers, to do this.

Then run the ExportWAllLayers.wwd Basic script to export all, allvisible, or selected tables to an Excel file.  Each output object gets its own tab.

This script only exports tables - no graphics.

The script is on the old SPSS Community website but may be hard to find, but I can send it to you if you want to try this.

Jon,

If the tables have been created in CTABLES, and used a "colored" table
template with .stt format while creating outputs, are these will be exported
with their formats?

The formatting should come over, but because Excel and Statistics use different color palettes, some colors may change.  Basic colors generally map correctly, but some more complex ones might produce surprises.
