Multi-rater Kappa ins SPSS v. 21

Has anyone tried to run David Nichols 1997 macro to compute a
multi-rater kappa for measuring inter-rater agreement in SPSS v. 21? I
tried last night and obtained meaningless output with many error
messages. I went to another computer with SPSS 17.0 on which I had run
it in the past and it worked fine on  v. 17. Anyone else have any
experience using this macro in v. 20 or 21?
