Depending on the kind of
measurements,
and knowing you have two sets of objects (brands and
characteristics),
I would suggest you try PREFSCAL.
It is an unfolding program.
This way, you can visualize both sets in one
configuration.
I need more information for a more detailed
advice.

All,
I want to perform a MDS and I’m not sure of the format for my
data. I wish to see the results as a function of Brand rather than as a
function of Characteristic. Currently, the data are grouped by Brand with
the Characteristics in the columns. What should my data look like?
