Multilevl stuctural equation with AMOS7

Is there any way to consider a structural equation in a multilevel
structure using AMOS7? let me do an examples:

Y_hij=beta_h+lamda_h eta_ij+e_hij

for h=1,...,H items in ordinal variables
    i=1,...,n_j individual level
    j=1,...,J clusters level

I need to estimate le latent model taking into account the within variance
(level 1 individual) and the between variance (level 2 clusters).
