The results that say "Pooled" below the results of the 5 imputed data sets are the results you should interpret. However, these pooled results are not displayed every analysis. For example, for PCA and ANOVA no pooled results are displayed. For ANOVA there are solutions but they are currently not implemented in SPSS.
