Multivariate analysis with time-dependent covariates

kende jan

Dear all,

I want to find a model of the evolution of QoL in function of the date and time
from diagnosis and how to represent this in a simple way.

That is to
say, how to fit a model of quantitative response(QoL) with two time-dependent
covariates (date of diagnosis and time from diagnosis) when the response
haven’t repeated measures.

During a
study of quality of life on survivors of leukaemia, measures of sequelae and
quality of life were made. Only one measure of QoL is available, at the time of
the study, i.e. at a time from the diagnosis different for each patient.

First
analyses including multiple linear regression models with QoL as dependent
variable and socio-demographic, clinical and therapeutic variables as
regressors leads to say that QoL is mainly associated with the date of
diagnosis and the time from diagnosis.

Thanks
Jan
