Need Help

Sir,
Kindly help me by informing with the names of the softwares for
analysis of the following statistical models:
1. Multiple Objective Programming (MOP)
2. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)
3. Lab Experiments
4. Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM)

Can SPSS handle all these models??

A spot googling of the 3 TLA's would suggest a tentative *NO* unless you wish to roll your own with the MATRIX procedure.  Lab Experiments?  That is such a general concept that I won't even bother to address the question.
