In case you didn't get help off-list -- you have the
parameters backward. Use
Set SPSSX-L DIGests
Set SPSSX-L NOMAIL
I looked at the REFCARD, and I don't think it's all that
clear on this point.

[hidden email] (not to SPSSX-L), with no body text except the
command. To leave the list, send the command
SIGNOFF SPSSX-L
For a list of commands to manage subscriptions, send the command
INFO REFCARD
