Need to change my e-mail address

I swore I kept this infor but alas not. Can someone tell me how to change my e-mail? Thanks.

A subscription 'belongs' to an E-mail address, so in a sense it can't
be changed. What you should do is unsubscribe using your current
address, and subscribe using the new address.
