New to SPSS, Study involves DMRT and ANOVA for Statistical Analysis

Basically, what I wanted to do was compute Analysis of Variance for my data in Zone of Inhibition of the causal pathogen in our study.

The data involves measurements of zone of inhibition and i was emailing everyone about the raw data itself.

The treatments:

            Replicate II: 0
            Replicate III: 0

            Replicate I :  18+20+25+17
            Replicate II:   16+17+20+15
            Replicate III:    16+20+17+18

50-gram extract
            Replicate I : 0+1+0+1
            Replicate II : 1+1+1+1
             Replicate III : 0+0+0+0

100-gram extract
            Replicate I: 1+0+2+3
            Replicate II: 2+1+3+4
            Replicate III: 3+1+0+0

150-gram extract:
            Replicate I : 3+2+1+2
            Replicate II: 4+5+6+5
            Replicate III:6+2+4+2

200-gram extract
            Replicate I: 10+11+10+9
            Replicate II: 8+7+14+10
            Replicate III: 10+7+3+4

250-gram extract
           Replicate I: 17+20+25+26
            Replicate II: 13+15+17+20
           Replicate  III: 13+14+15+16
