To follow up on this question. Does anyone know if
Version 17 or Version 18 will be compatible with Windows 7?

Latest version is v.17.
Version 18 will be out later this year. Usually you can install versions side by
side, and run either. Most of the syntax valid for v.12 is still valid in v.17,
but you would want to check.

What is the newest version of the
SPSS Base Module? Has a patch or fix been made for it already
too?
Also, can it be installed onto a PC
that has V12 on it? We have some processes that work off of V12 that we do
not want to lose.
