In earlier versions of SPSS, there was an option to force the software to reduce the output font size automatically so that large tables would shrink to fit the print page. Is this option still here in version 17? If so, does anyone know where this option is? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller? If you double
click the table, the Printing tab under Format/Table Properties offers
checkboxes for -
rescale wide table to fit page -
rescale long table to fit page Widow/Orphan
lines: (default 2). HTH, Jon From: SPSSX(r) Discussion

Thanks folks. The results are unreadable on the screen but it prints OK. I do believe this was once once found in the general options window, not the TableLooks. I have set the default to my new TableLook, hopefully it will stick. *************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Mark A. Your screen has a resolution of around ~96
dots/inch--your printer has a resolution anywhere from 300 to 2400 dots per
inch. AFAIK, this has always been a table property and not a system
property.
