Normal distribution stats question.

Hi All,

A quick question for any stats experts out there,

I want to calculate the % of cases under a normal distribution

Say I have a normal distribution max 3 and min 0 on the Y-axis, and
hours of the day on the x-axis, how would I calculate the % of cases
that are between 1 and 3 for the y-axis. I.E. I'm taking a slice of the
cases on the horizontal, not the vertical as per the norm.
