ODBC

Rodrigo Briceño-2
Dear SPSS co-listers. Happy new year 2012 for all of you!

I would like to know if anybody can help me with the localization of
some good bibliographical references, which allow me to understand
commands and tricks that can be used in queries to extract information
from databases.

Thanks!

Re: ODBC

Hi,

Happy 2012 to you too! It's best to first determine which SQL dialect you are going to use, then use Google or the .torrent network to find some good tutorials of that SQL dialect. It's also worth buying a good reference book (I've got SQL Cookbook [O'Reilly] staring at me from the corner of my desk right now).

Cheers!!
Albert-Jan

All right, but apart from the sanitation, the medicine, education, wine, public order, irrigation, roads, a fresh water system, and public health, what have the Romans ever done for us?
