Applied Psychological Measurement Inc., with the cooperation of the
Libraries of the University of Minnesota, announces the free
availability of all articles in Volumes 1 through 20 (1977 through 1996)
of /Applied Psychological Measurement.

/Articles in these volumes are available for download as PDF files from
a permanent archive at the University of Minnesota's Digital
Conservancy, at the following location

http://conservancy.umn.edu/handle/93227

The PDF files can be freely used by faculty and students for teaching
and research purposes.  The Web site also includes cumulated author and
subject indexes for the journal for volumes 1-25.
