The Center for Victims of Torture is hiring a Director of Research to design and implement a coordinated and comprehensive strategy for measuring the effectiveness and impact of CVT programs and advancing human rights. In collaboration with program leaders, the director will identify key areas for evaluation, build capacity for ongoing assessment, and lead efforts to conceptualize and implement a longitudinal strategic evaluation plan designed to strengthen programs and inform external stakeholders about our work. The Director of Research reports to the Deputy Director and oversees a team of research and program evaluation professionals. The position is based in St. Paul, MN. - See more at:
