Online PhD Program in

E. Bernardo

I like the PhD program in Measurement, Statistics and Methodological Studies (MSMS) at Arizona State University http://research.ed.asu.edu/main.html   I like it because all the courses(shown below) are of my interest (which is quantitative/statistics)..  Do you know of a University that offers an online program of this kind?

U tenn has very good online courses . we are basically using video capture of actual classes to mix and mash online and offline students.

I think only courses are offered online, not the entire degree program in statistics.  Am I right?
