I have tried removing and inserted comparisons LSD in syntax, and
there was no difference in p value and confidence Intervals. However,
when inserted Bonferroni was difference. Leaving more discerning
differences.
You suggest using the LSD procedure, but has multiple comparisons,
more than 3 comparisons .. with it would be more appropriate to use
the Bonferroni correction?
