Dear all,
I am trying to analyze if a polymorphism was associated with coronary diseases. I have a sample of 800 individuals but she doesn’t have a normal distribution. So, I used the Kruskal-Walli test (non-parametric) to see if there is an association between a genotype and a trait. However, and that is my question, I need to adjust at more two variables. So, can I use an ANCOVA test for my adjustments? What is the equivalent test of GLM for an non-parametric test like as Kruskal-Walli.
Thanks a lot if you can help me,
All best,
