I'm having trouble using Alt + Print Screen and Ctrl + V to copy screenshots (eg Data Editor) from SPSS to Word. This used to work OK, but now the images appear as a single line from the bottom of the image. If I right click on the partial image and choose Wrap text >> Behind text, the full image appears. Has anyone seen this before? How can I fix it? Thanks in advance. I find that alt-PrtSc doesn't work in Windows 10. I prefer to use the Snipping Tool included with Win 10 as I can easily select an area on the screen and do some highlighting or annotation right there before pasting. You can find it under Start > Windows Accessories. I have it pinned to the Task Bar. However, there may be other ways... On Thu, Oct 18, 2018 at 6:55 AM John F Hall <[hidden email]> wrote:

This only started two days ago (possibly earlier as Office 365 and Outlook 2016 have recently changed their interface (also Google). I'm on Win 7 Pro (Missed out on the chance of free Win 10 as I didn't realise you could have traditional Desktop instead of apps). I use MS-Snip when I only want part of a screen (eg images of folder and file names) or if the text won't behave, but then I can't edit the text in the copied snip. Part of the problem may be files from my site converted (free) from pdf to Word1997 and resaved with Word 2016. Some formatting may have been lost and I'm using bits of these to copy into a new Word file. However I'm a past master at workarounds: it's quicker and it saves my time.
